I am sorry that there are so many issues being encountered. We did an incredible amount of testing, and only shipped when we felt that the major issues had been worked out. Unfortunately, new issues will crop up when your testing goes from 10 M-T's to 600 in 1 week. The majority of these issues are ones that we have never experienced ourselves (even to this day) and debugging them from afar is very difficult.
As you can tell from these forums, there are a lot of issues. So what is being done? A lot. Brian and I are working our asses off for 6-8 hours every night after work. We cannot work every issue simultaneously, so we have to prioritize. I am currently working on the data dropouts mentioned in another thread. I am also working on adding an interface to allow for more detailed inspection of your unit to aid in remote debugging.
Unfortunately, we don't have a dedicated support staff, we are just two dudes. During the day, we are useless because we have to go to work. At night, we try to log in and offer any support that we can, but again we have to prioritize our time. I apologize if it takes us a couple of days to get to your issue, but it is not because we are lazing about, it is because we are actively working on other issues.
This forum is the central place for known issues. Bug report threads are marked as such, and ones that are fixed are as well. We try to respond to all of these issue threads to provide updates as we investigate or fix them. I feel that the specific thread is the proper place to discuss the status of the issue. Creating a new thread to summarize all the other threads sounds like just one more thing to maintain. If you want to know what I am working on. Click on my profile and look at my most recent posts. I have probably posted it in some thread already.
