At the moment, I don't yet have a fermentation chamber, so I'd like to use the BrewBit to control my keezer's temperature. I am aware that the BrewBit is far more robust than is needed for this, but until I get another chest freezer for fermentation, I want to use it for that. My setup consists of a chest freezer (obviously) with a heating pad inside, all of which is out in my garage. What's the best way to set it up to control heating and cooling and just hold it at (or around) a consistent temperature indefinitely? Thanks!
