You can setup one of your sessions to control both outputs and then set one output to heating and one to cooling each with there own cycle delays. Then by setting your setpoint to 67 with 1 degree hysteresis (default) as mentioned above you will be able to do exactly what you mentioned.
Make sure to realize that if you have one output selected in a different session you will have to set it to "none" before the other session will be allowed to select it.
We only allow one setpoint per session/probe which can control none(logging), one or both of the outputs. You can modify your hysteresis to get the cooling and heating setpoints to then be different, by default this is one degree as mentioned above. If you want two totally different setpoints and hysteresis will not work you will need to setup two different sessions each with their own probe.
