I chose the 2 PID 30a 2 element kit. I take this kit because I run one side with a digital SSR power regulator (from auberin) and the other with the brewbit you will need a different SSR (from auberin too) to run the 110 v input to SSR from the brewbit. From the kit it run the SSR is design for low voltage( like a regular PID 12v)The advantage of this (dssr) is the control of the boil. The brewbit with the on/off full power only will not control working good for the boil. I'm not sur the kit is that important but that come with some plan and different security feature like the kill switch or the key breaker etc... Now if you looking for a simple system, look for the solid state regulator ssvr (from auberin) they come with kind of a dimer. with this set up that would work like the blichmann electric controleur, for the boil you just dial down the dimer and control your boil with a on/off at 60%,70% or as you want. You can use the other prob to start a pump for making all the different way to brew beer. With the brewbit (programable setting to create any style)
At the end with the kit the enclosure, blichmann boil coil, breaker gfci....at was over 1000$ in but man making beer inside... Priceless!
For the picture I will ask brewbit team to put it on this forum or there web site.
