We never heard back for the original issue so I assume maybe it started working. If the unit is truly damaged we can fix it but it will require you doing some un-soldering/re-soldering on one piece, or sending the unit back to me. We found that we got a bad batch of transistors from Digikey that we used on the power board which kept some of the relays from switching. We hand tested every unit to make sure they were all ok when they were delivered but some may have failed since or we may have missed a couple.
When the outlet icon turns green that means that the output is on. When this happens do you hear the relay audibly click on? If you don't hear the click when the outlet icon turns green that that means that that transistor is bad. You can solder a new one on your self if you are proficient or I can repair it for you. Let me know and I can help guide you through replacing it. I can make a video and upload it to help if needed.
