Yes, we can send you a new one if need be, but we are waiting until we finish this next update which will hopefully help with a lot of these connection problems and includes a much more robust download. In the meantime, we wanted to ascertain whether or not it was the unit or the network (or a combination of the two), hence the request to try it on another network. Another user was unable to download the update at home, then went to a friends house and got it to download first try. It is possible that there is nothing physically wrong with your unit, so we wanted to do a bit of testing first. Sorry for the frustration.
